Horses Atelier

A dress from Horses Atelier has become one of my regular seasonal updates. This season's basics are prime to replace some of my worn-to-death dress-tunics. I'm leaning towards the Sack Dress, but the Peasant Dress also has my name written all over it.

  1. Yes. Love the lazy fit. I don't like the word 'effortless' but somehow that's what I feel here!

  2. too bad the model is so inappropriate for the clothing... the hair, the posture, the makeup! but nice dresses.

  3. Jane, I wonder how you would style the Sack Dress? You have impeccable style, so I'm curious to hear how you might make that tricky shape work with accessories, etc. xx

    1. Hey there... I'd probably wear with cropped leggings and flats (either ballets or my favourite shoes... the ones shown here http://seenandsaid.blogspot.ca/2013/02/sunday-best-straining-forward.html) and probably a long & heavy necklace. (I own this Pamela Love one http://www.pamelalovenyc.com/collections/necklaces/products/high-tide-pendant). That's it really - I'd keep it pretty simple!

    2. Oh, I quite like it, Jane -- especially that moody pendant necklace. Thanks for answering!
